What do you like best?
I like how intuitive PDFfiller works compared to using a typical graphic design application to fill out PDF forms. PDFfiller does a good job at understanding how to format common documents and makes it easy for me to download files after filling them out. I think that the pricing for PDFfiller is very reasonable and the website is designed very professionally.

I have been able to use PDFfiller very smoothly in the time that I've used it, but it's not always perfect when it comes to formatting certain documents. I think they are improving all the time though.

This is the only app I can erase and…
This is the only app I can erase and fill-in easily so I love it. However, the signing function is glitchy so I use Docu or Adobe sign for that. Still, soooo worth it b/c of the Erase and Fill features.

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. Unfortunately the Platform I use daily - is cheaper however - isnt as functional as *** filler. So I tried completing my need with them as I have used them in the past. So I signed up for the trial - attempted my documents - I failed; closed the window and forgot about the subscription. This morning I woke up and saw the charge, I couldnt remember what Email I even signed up with. I emailed *** ****** at 5 am and got an immediate response with an agent ready to help. They asked easy questions and were able to locate my account and issue an immediate refund. I dont think there are words to express how incredible and unmatched that level of customer service is. Thank you *** ******
