To add a field, open your document/template first, then go to the Content panel on the right, select a role/recipient who will fill out this field later, or add a new one under "Fillable fields for". After that, click on the field or drag and drop it to the place you need.
Add attachments to PDFs Select Edit > More > Attach file. In the Add Files dialog, select the file you want to attach. Caution: To add a description to the attachment, select the file, and then from the Options menu, select Edit Description and edit the description text. Save the file.
On the page, select where you want to add the field to create a field with the default size. To create a field using a custom size, drag a rectangle to define the size of the field. Place the field at your desired location. Double-click the field to open the properties of the field.
To attach a file, go to Insert > Attach File in PDF. To embed a file, go to Insert > Embed File in PDF. Browse to and select the file that you want to insert, and click Select on the Select File dialog.
Add a PDF to your Office file Click Insert > Object in the Text group. For Outlook, click inside of the body of an item, such as an email message or calendar event. Click Create from File > Browse. Browse to the . pdf file you want to insert, and then click Open. Click OK.
To upload a PDF with form fields, click on Create new button, select Document, then click on Local file in the pop-up window on the left or simply drag & drop a PDF from your device. Upload your PDF file. Once it's uploaded, you have the option to Place fields.
Select +Create new on the left panel or go to the Documents app and select +Document. From here, select: Blank document — to start from scratch in the PandaDoc editor.
PDF itself is not editable, but the PandaDoc product team came up with an option to add information on top of the PDF. You can put not only fields on top of the PDF to collect information from your customers, but also blocks. Any block can be laid on top of the original PDF: image, text, and even videos.
