I like having this resource as an option. I like that it offers a clean, crisp look for documents. The forms or finished forms look very neat when they are typed. It seems like a great option for persons to use when their handwriting is not legible. The words do not stay within the lines. I used the software recently and the office manager had to retype the form because the words did not fit.

A: PDF Studio 9 and above is capable of creating PDF forms with custom calculations. You have the ability to use some preset simple calculations or advanced custom calculations using Java. Select the Text Field that you would like to perform the calculation and open up the Text Field Properties.

To save the completed form, choose File > Save As and rename the file. To remove extended Reader features, choose File > Save A Copy. To allow Reader users to save the data they typed, choose File > Save As Other > Reader Extended PDF > Enable More Tools (Includes Form Fill-in & Save).
