pdfFiller makes it easy to create and fill out or modify various types of documents while preserving their original layout. This is made possible with the help of pdfFiller’s advanced “Fillable Fields” feature. There are six types of fields that can be added to make the form fillable: text, number, date, signature, image and checkbox.

The Checkbox fillable field feature makes it easier for the owner of the document to add checkboxes and require the recipient to check the applicable options and not miss anything. To add a checkbox field, click the Checkbox icon, then click where you want to place the field.

You can move the field around by clicking and dragging it, resize it by dragging the dots around the edges, and delete the field by clicking the trash can icon. When adding this fillable field you can customize it: Check the box, “Required field” if filling out a certain checkbox is mandatory; Choose checkbox type; Add a note to serve as a hint; Change the Database Field name; Add a group name if necessary.

Add text in order to make this process clearer for users. It will be shown in a navigation note after you save the changes; By pressing the “Order” button on the right, you can define the order in which all the checkboxes must be filled. Press “Save” to save all your work on fillable fields.

Excellent Product The product is offering me the ability to execute contracts/agreements on the fly no matter where I am. When traveling and a signature is required for contract execution, time is critical to completing the deal. PDFiller allows me to do that. PDFiller is simply the easiest and most useful product in its category. Simple to use and very user friendly. Honestly, it has done everything I have needed to for the past 3 years. If I had to say something, I would say maybe an easier way to save and send. But, that would be pushing it.

Fast PDF form-fills with eSignature You can use eSignature to quickly scroll through an interactive, fillable PDF and to fill in all necessary fields. eSignature automatically detects the fields and lets you tab or arrow from field to field.
Checkbox Values. Optional values that you can specify for each box. Values are shown to signers and included when you download the form data for the envelope. Add a Checkbox Field Start an envelope or template as usual, adding files, recipients, and messages. In the Add Fields view, add a Checkbox field to your document. Click the "+" symbol to add additional checkboxes to the group. If you need to delete one of the checkboxes, just select it and then press Delete.
One common way to deselect a checkbox in is to simply click on the marked box again, which will uncheck it. Another method is to use the keyboard by navigating to the checkbox using the tab key and then pressing the spacebar or Enter key to unselect it.
Using the Undo Button Once a user has made a change they wish to reverse, locating the 'Undo' button on the toolbar is the first step. By clicking on this button, the most recent action will be undone, allowing users to quickly backtrack without any hassle.
