Love the service and how it integrates with Zapier - it has saved me tons of time in manual repetition for filling out intake, invoicing and legal documents and I love the send to sign feature. Would like a little more functionality in the app, like having the ability to sign docs directly instead of using mobile browser, but overall it functions beautifully. I hate when I fill a pdf, then have to log in, and mistype my password, so by the time I've logged in I've lost ALL my work. Otherwise, it works flawlessly

What do you like best?
Cloud based so I can access anywhere. Also, I like that I can sign on my mobile device.
What do you dislike?
Would prefer that it not open docs when I load them so that I can upload multiple docs without having to go back to "my documents" so often.

Great service and free trial is a long period of time verses only a few days. Simple to use and simple to cancel subscription through support center or chat.

I am confused: can I efile the 940,941, 1096+1099 with the IrS from this sight using "Export-submit to IRS?...how and how to i get confirmation of the filing??

Excellent, excellent customer service! I contacted the company because I was charged a subscription fee which I wasn't aware that I had not yet cancelled. The customer service representative called Anna, I believe, immediately informed me that the subscription would be cancelled and an email to that effect was sent to me. I was also informed that my money would be refunded shortly....and indeed, it was returned to my card in 48 hours. Although, I don't have need for their services at this time, I would definitely use them at a later date, should the need arise.

There are some minor things I have not figured out how to do. Not sure yet if they are just missing features, or just not readily available in a way that I was expecting.

The product is very good and it works very nice and it's very easy to comprehend how to use it, but the way you have the purchase setup I feel is very misleading I signed up for the month the month payment and you took a full year out of my account I did not like that that is why I would never recommend your product to anyone want to use because you can really mess up a person and you could be taking money that they could not have to be taken at the time.
You need the fix your payment process area or you will lose other customers like myself because I did report it to the Better Business Bureau cuz I did not appreciate that.
