i am very surprised at how easy it is to retrieve and add new pdf's to my account. I originally paid for pdfiller because i wanted to send in a release of liability to the dmv. 1 year later and I am now using it for court paper work and have downloaded many forms i can fill out any time I want. I am happy with PDF filler. It has been such a great help with my court docs. I am constantly having to complete docs and with PDF filler all the information is saved and I only have to edit and save for next court hearing. PDF filler has saved me so much time and headaches. Thank you!

Overall, I love when this is available to use for forms I need to fax or email.
I love the feature of being able to fill the form out online. Very easy to use and beats having to fill in by hand, scan and send.
I am not quite sure how to do this myself and have to ask IT to assist in making the form fillable for me.

Communication & follow through on point.
Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and an effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it.
I accidentally signed up for the 1year subscription. I contacted the help desk, and advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month.
Their reply communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month, refunded the difference $114 and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you very much.

I found that I no longer needed pdfFiller but the subscription was renewed. Upon advising prfFiller they promptly refunded the subscription. A good and honest company.

Marie from the Customer Support Center worked with me promptly to ensure I received a refund. It is not that I was not satisfied with the program, it provided me with everything I needed to complete my work tasks remotely. However, I am on a limited budget and took advantage of the free trial opportunity. My intention was to cancel my subscription prior to renewal, but unfortunately I experienced a death in the family and was unable to cancel in a timely manner. I noticed the charge on my account today and immediately contacted PDFFiler customer support. Within 10-15 minutes of my request, I received confirmation that I would receive my refund. They were very understanding and accommodating.
