I found it a bit difficult to navigate text changes and then the printed format is not the correct size needed for the IRS. I had to spend time reopening on desktop to make changes and print.

Some functions are not readily apparent but overall it is a great tool. I had difficulty when it auto-filled a date field that I wanted to leave blank. I struggled to clear it because the dropdown appeared every time I tried, and if I deleted the current date got restored by the dropdown. Then after I finally blanked the field it jumped to another and did the same thing. Once I got that cleared it would not let me go to the next page, insisting I populate another field intentionally left blank. I used the slider to jump forward and then approach the page I wanted from the other direction.

Just like last year!
I must file my church's taxes for our employees every year. I found this site last year. I love it! I prints the information I need. I can make copies and send it. I could send directly to IRS but chose not to do that route!!

It is good but follwoing features may make it much better1. Paragraph eraser would be a great value - right now eraser keeps the gaps between top and below lines. 2. Mass repalcement would be good - search a word or sentence and can replace entire document with new word or text.

It's fine so far, I double checked for accuracy off of the tax tables and it calculated correctly which is a positive for me and very helpful and a huge timesaver to know it is accurate and reliable

I had an issue with accessing a form shared by a colleague. I wrote to the PDFfiller support team and received their response very swiftly. It took a like while for me to figure out how to do what I wanted to do. But once I did, I was able to create the doc I needed. The part I liked best was the guidelines to put the fillable boxes in line with the other boxes in the document.
