Working Experience With PdfFiller i am using this software for about 8 to 9 months. the best thing i found in this software was its feature to send the file online without makuing sure to save first and then send. other feature i liked the most is that i can easily edit the pdf format by using this software. it is really very favorable feature to avoid the conversing to word file for editing. in my opinion, there must be improvement with the font size of editing text to make it more compatible with text. i face a problem to make the ediding in the same font size . Althorugh, it is same as that of text but it seams different. it makes the file less professional.

Instead of adding fields and clicking on them one by one to assign them, start by choosing the recipient first then adding all of the fields that person needs to fill out or sign. Once a recipient is selected, any fields added to the document will automatically be assigned to them. Create a custom role Navigate to Settings by selecting your name in the lower left corner, then select Roles. Select Create a new role. Type in the name of your role, then select Create. Next, set the permissions for the role by selecting Edit permissions (they all will be OFF by default).
Go to the Documents > Content library, then select +Content to create an item from scratch or click on the arrow next to +Content > Import to upload a file from your computer. Use the Content Builder here to create your content in the same way you would create a template.
To add a field, open your document/template first, then go to the Content panel on the right, select a role/recipient who will fill out this field later, or add a new one under "Fillable fields for". After that, click on the field or drag and drop it to the place you need.
Note: Open your document, then click Invite in the top right and select Recipient. If you don't have the recipient's record in your PandaDoc contacts, click Add recipient on the right, then enter their contact information. Alternatively, you can start typing the recipient's name or email address. Access Document value settings Open your template/document, at the top click the $ icon to open the Document value settings. Here you will have options for: Currency. Source: Custom amount or Pricing Table/Quote builder.
Using CRM variables in titles Copy a CRM variable you'd like to insert in the template title. Open a template you use to create documents from your CRM and paste the copied variable into the template title. Create a document from this template via your CRM and the variable will be auto-filled with the field value. If you need to rename a sent document, you can do so by choosing the Rename option from the dropdown menu. You can copy, move and delete multiple documents/templates at once.
