Add Nickname License: edit PDFs from anywhere

The PDF is one of the most common document format for numerous reasons. It's accessible on any device to share them between desktops and phones with different screens and settings. It'll appear similar no matter you open it on a Mac or an Android device.

The next reason is data protection: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so it's safe to share any sensitive data in them from person to person. In addition to password protection features, some platforms offer opening history to track down people who read or filled out the document.

pdfFiller is an online document creating and editing tool that allows you to create, edit, sign, and send your PDFs using just one browser window. Thanks to the numerous integrations with the most popular tools for businesses, you can upload a data from any system and continue where you left off. Use the finished document yourself or share it with others by any convenient way — you'll get notified when a person opens and fills out it.

Use powerful editing tools to type in text, annotate and highlight. Change a page order. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud. Ask your recipient to fill out the document and request an attachment. Add images into your PDF and edit its layout. Add fillable fields and send to sign.

I'm going with the default you had. "Works exactly as expected. Smooth, responsive, and intuitive interface." That about sums it up. It was so obvious on how to edit text, increase it's size, move it around (great feature!), add checkmarks and Xs. All around just very good.

No way to easily add additional pages in a template I used. Had to keep erasing everything to start new page. “Next” button skips all over the page, so this isn’t tablet-friendly. Waste of my annual subscription fee.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Yes, as long as the nickname is sufficient to identify you as party to the contract, but generally a full legal name is better able to do this.
While it's okay to display a nickname on your resume under normal circumstances, supplying a false name in order to hide your identity or pass yourself off as another person may be considered a criminal offense.
In short, you can use your chosen or preferred name throughout your job search, as long as you provide your legal name when it comes time for a background check. If you go by a nickname and don't mind sharing your legal name, you can put this on your resume like these: AIU King Suzie Li or Robert Bobby Doe.
Place your contact information at the top of your resume. It should be the first thing the employer sees. Your name should be at the very top and should stand out. You might make your name larger in font and bolder than the rest of your resume.
1. Don't use a nickname on your resume. Include only your legal name, of course that may be your middle name with a first initial, which is completely acceptable as long as that is your business name.
Yes. Usually a person can adopt any name desired for any reason. As of 2009, 46 states allow a person legally to change names by usage alone, with no paperwork, but a court order may be required for many institutions (such as banks or government institutions) to officially accept the change.
Generally speaking, it's perfectly legal to go by an assumed name, providing that you use your legal name on official documents. Most of the employees have no idea that these people even have a different legal name than the one they use at work.
You can use both last names with a hyphen or without. You can take your spouse's name, but use your former name strictly in a professional setting. Some states even allow you to move your old name to your middle name, and then tack on your new last one.
