To design an Outlook form On the Developer tab, in the Custom Forms group, click Design a Form, and then select the standard form on which to base your custom form. Add the fields, controls, and code that you want to your new form. Set form attributes for the custom form. Publish the form.
1. In Microsoft® Outlook click Tools then Forms and then Design a Form 2. In the Design Form dialog choose User Template in File System from the drop-down list. Click Tools then Forms and then Publish Form. Choose Organizational Forms Library from the Look in drop-down. Next publish the form IPM.
Go to the library or list and open it. , and then Library settings or List settings. Depending on your SharePoint version, you may then need to select More library settings. , choose the Library or List tab to open the ribbon, and then select Library Settings or List Settings on the ribbon.
Go to the top-level site in the site collection for which you want to enable Document Sets. On the Site menu, click Site Settings. Under Site Collection Administration, click Site collection features. Find Document Sets in the list, and then click Activate.
You can also change other settings for columns directly from the column settings dropdown menu. Open the SharePoint list you want to update. If you want to change columns in a view other than the default view, click View options. Click the arrow next to the column that you want to change, and then select Column settings.
A Document Set is a special type of folder in SharePoint Online that allows users to assign metadata tags to those folders. The regular yellow folders you create in SharePoint, cannot have metadata tags applied to them.
Go to the top-level site in the site collection for which you want to enable Document Sets. On the Site menu, click Site Settings. Under Site Collection Administration, click Site collection features. Find Document Sets in the list, and then click Activate.
Under Library Tools in the ribbon, click the Library tab. In the Settings group of the ribbon, click Library Settings. Under Permissions and Management, click Save document library as template. Type the file name, the template name and template description in the fields provided.
