Can you add a payment option on Google Forms?
Unfortunately, Google forms cannot accept payments. To accept card payments, data needs to be hosted securely with a Payment Card Industry(PCI) compliant hosting provider. To put it short, though Google Forms allow you to generate free forms, it doesn't let you collect payments as it's not PCI-compliant.

Click the e-commerce tab on the left-hand navigation.
Click the Create button on the right-hand side, and select Payment Form.
