The form 1096 is not current in the video shown - it shows 2012 and the number 7 is different for 2016, so would like an explanation of what NEC means. Thought I could use this for 1099 and also 1096 but still need to use IRs forms to send them, so dissapointing. Wondering what I will use this service for - does it allow ALL pdf files that I receive to be opened and edited? If so, then useful. Otherwise, probably short lived for me.Thx

Love this!!! Can erase words from PDF's.

There is an eraser feature that is the best thing ever. This allows you to change a PDF document. How many times do you need to modify a document, or wish it said something different, but don't have an editable version. With PDFfiller you can erase the verbiage, and replace it with something else. You can also easily place your signature on documents too. You can upload you own personal signature too.

Add a one-time use subscription
Add a one-time use subscription. I feel this will be beneficial to a lot of your potential customers that do not run a business and may be using this software for personal use. I feel like a one-time 48hr subscription that can be purchased at a low cost would be profitable, especially if it can be repurchased at a later date if the user needs to use the program again. It does not make sense to offer a free 30 trial to users who are not going to use the program for more than 48 hours. I used this for free and you could have made money off of my usage by providing a one-time use subscription. Now, I have to make a new account with a different email if I would like to use your program again because I cannot afford to pay $100.00 for a subscription that I may only use once a year. So, just a suggestion.

I love that I can fill out forms and save them fax them from here and really anything I need to do in one area. I hate that it cost so much cause I’m on a fixed income and don’t have the money to keep it I can only use it for the free 39 days.

Cancelled my subscription within the 30 Trial Period and was charged the following month. Had an online chat and they issued a refund with no questions asked. Good Business!

How do I get my scanner to save as PDF?
Scan a paper document to PDF without presets Choose Tools > Create PDF > Scanner > Default Settings or My Custom Settings. Note: ... If you want to change the settings, click the Settings icon . ... Click Scan. If prompted to scan more pages, select Scan More Pages, Scan Reverse Sides, or Scan Is Complete, and click OK.
How do I add scans to existing PDF?
Using the Insert Pages feature, pages from an existing PDF document or a scanner can be inserted into the current PDF document....Choose from the available options to insert: From File. From Scanner as Image. From Scanner as Image with Searchable Text. From Scanner as Text.
How do I add scanned documents to a folder?
Click on the [Scan] tab. Click on [Folder]. Locate an unassigned folder in the list of folders, and then click on the [Create] button....If necessary, assign a passcode to the folder: Select [On] to enable the Check Folder Passcode option. Use the keypad on the Touch Screen to enter a passcode. Select the [Save] button.
