The experience before I purchased a license was not so good. The chat session I was on kept ending. The CSR said because I was not logged into an account was the reason. At that point, I was trying to determine if I even wanted to purchase PDFfiller or not so why would I need an account. I finally ended up purchasing the product.

Great. Had trouble logging in as I kept getting redirected to "PDFESCAPE". I'm not a computer person, but couldn't get here until I actually typed in your complete e-mail address. A very good and friendly in navigating the fields. Need improvement especially in the telephone number field and user address died of CMS 1500 of 2012 and UB04. Unable to include the three digits telephone area code. Address field too small to contain full address including zip codes

The log in process is a little clunky. I have not been able to copy paste a field in the template creator. I have 30 fields or so that will each have the same sized field, I should be able to duplicate the specific field a number of times and paste. No?

Are you one that needs to easily sign documents and return by email? this is the software to use

I really liked how the software navigates you through the document so quickly so you don't forget to fill in any information, and it tells you if the recipient receives it.
It's supposed to have just about any document you would need or want but I couldn't find any of the ones I needed. It was frustrating trying to look for a document and not be able to figure out where the list was.
