easy to use but i don't use so much its really a good app, but at the same time it does not fix all my needs, but i usually do need the app when i have to edit some pdf file, because i feel its easy to use, very intuitive, but i don't use so much the signature features should be improved

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

Its ok. It would have been nice to know that you would request credit card info before being able to save or print your document. Thats bad faith and almost akin to blackmail, considering a Govt agency has you approved as a trustworthy company to handle sensitive information.

I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed. I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature. I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.

I like that making forms fillable is super easy and that the platform is affordable What do you dislike? pdfIller can be a little confusing to use, so it isn't necessarily intuitive when I'm trying to find my docs that I created versus the filled out ones that come to me What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? getting forms signed remotely!
