Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. on the form 710 you cannot remove the zeros on page 2. Please correct ... I use this form a lot and it would be nice to have fillable spots vs lining up the curser.

This product worked beautifully! I would continue an ongoing subscription but only needed for some back tax forms. Very nice product. I especially liked that I could save it in Word to continue working on it after the subscription ended. Thank you.

I really like it so far. The snap to grid text editing is fantastic. The cloud options and email sync are perfect. Nice job. The UI is almost exactly like my Neat scanner software so it's very intuitive.

Fill in the Blank
Love what this has done for making my job so much easier at a very reasonable rate.
For my business this was and is the best tool I have for putting together insurance reports. Build or scan in a template and fill in the blanks when you need to send a report out. BAHM! DONE!
Probably something I have not spent enough time to figure out yet but as of now each time I fill in a blank template it auto saves it so my original always has to be cleared before new entry.

Such helpful customer support
This is a great product but I only needed it for a short while, (1 day) but forgot to cancel my free trial, contacted customer support and they arranged for a refund right away, so very helpful.
