PDFfiller was intuitively simple to use in creating an important document. I had difficulty erasing some text I accidentally superimposed onto my document and the recipient who ultimately got the PDF I created could not open it. Also disappointing was the fact that I didn't realize I had to pay a tidy subscription price until after I completed my document and tried to send it off (and save it). That all led to an initially horrible review. But, I have to say that my experience with PDFfiller and Elie, the rep I dealt with, revised my entire experience. Not only did Elie help resolve the problems in a very timely fashion, I received a refund! PDFfiller seems dedicated to provide the user an efficient product and the customer service is the best I've seen with any internet-based business. PDF Filler has been a great tool to… PDF Filler has been a great tool to assist me in the large amount of forms that I have had to edit over the past few months. It is very easy to use. I do think that is for the more tech savvy individuals that deal with PDFs on a daily basis. There were a few things that I had to figure out, but overall I give it 5 stars because it is a lot easier to use and edit documents my way than it is for me to do in Adobe PDF. Thanks PDF Filler.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.
