Great. However, I need to type vertical on the forms I am filling out and am not sure PDFfiller allows this process. There are two pages that I prefer to print on one page but I do not see this option when I am ready to print.

Nothing Particular other than finding out the particular IRS forms I expected to print from the IRS wasn't acceptable to download and print, and I had to purchase them when you advertise free IRS forms.

Was not sure about the monthly versus the yearly and almost paid too much! In my opinion: There should be an option for businesses with more than one licensed user to have access too, versus giving out my personal login so my partners can benefit from the same resource. Such as a link where up to two are licensed and covered and then the rest have to get their own subscription.

I had to use as a one -of to sign a document, but inadvertently signed up to a subscription. The website itself wasn't too clear, so no marks there. However, once i realised i was signed up and contacted the company via email, it was resolved with 2 emails over 2 days - from *********! And with me using my son's email address and forgetting i had done so. Very happy to get a refund. ******, *********

Help With Fillable Fields in Newly Created Documents
Our ministry account created a new questionnaire form for our beloveds, but I needed help in knowing how to use the fillable fields to make it ready to publish and use in the ministry. Kara and some others were so great in helping me learn to do that. They were so patient and courteous! It was a pleasure to work with them as I am not computer savvy! I suggest that many businesses and anyone else who needs this service sign up for PDFFiller.com. We have been with them for several years now and are appreciative of this service!

Just a few suggestions
I have used some other comparable products, but pdfFiller offers the online hosting that makes it super convenient for the user to fill out the form without having to download the form first. However, I have a couple of suggestions. I wish the pdfFiller could have the feature to automatically convert the raw entry data (e.g. phone number 1234567890) into the selected format (e.g. (123) 456-7890), instead of asking the user to enter it into the specific format. I also noticed the accident that some fields will be deleted accidentally when saving the edited version in LinkToFill. It happened several times to me when I was editing my file. Not sure if that's an internal bug or an accident from the internet interruption.

Excellent company. Not only does the PDF Filler work great, but when I asked for the annual fee to be refunded after I neglected to cancel my subscription, it was done so immediately and graciously.
