sometimes when i save my pdf everything… sometimes when i save my pdf everything is out of alignment. even though in the preview everything is in place. when i save it seems some lines and words are shifted

Add tags, or keywords, to Microsoft Word documents to make documents easier to find. By default, when you save a Word document, there are no tags saved along with it, but you can add your own before or after you make the document.
You can add multiple tags to any file or folder. On your Mac, do any of the following: Tag an open file: Hold the pointer to the right of the document title, click the arrow, click in the Tags field, then enter a new tag, or choose one from the list. Tag a new file when you save it: Click File > Save.
Type the text you want into a Word document. Select a sentence that you want to add a header to. Select Home > Styles (or press Alt+H, then L), and then select the heading you want, such as the Heading 1 button.
Click the photo you want to tag. Hover over the photo and click Tag Photo at the bottom. Click the person in the photo and start typing their name. Select the full name of the person or Page you want to tag when it appears. Click Done Tagging.
Tagging in an Instagram Photo After Posting In the event you forgot to tag a friend, or accidentally tagged the wrong person, you have the option to edit your picture once it's already been uploaded. To tag someone in a photo after publishing the photo, follow these steps: Tap on the photo and tag a user Add People.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to tag someone in your Instagram Story after you've already posted it. If you're posting something on your Story, after you take the picture or set up a picture from your library to post, you can tap on the screen and type “@” followed by the name of account you want to tag.
Click the compose new email button and click inside the email body. Start typing the name of whoever it is you want to tag and their email will appear automatically. Select it to tag the contact in your email.
