Like the program, although it does seem complicated. However, I keep receiving error messages when I send docs to be signed, and when I send it in I receive a message saying it is on our end. I would like to use the program for many things, especially getting signatures, although it seems that isn't included now and is additional cost, so I may go to authentisign

Perfect for paperwork My overall experience would be that I love it and plan to continue using it going forward in life. It's much easier then printing out paperwork, filling it out, scanning it and sending it back to whomever. Its extremely convenient. I love most that I'm able to edit any pdf and the save and and either email it or print it. There's even a function to sign the pdf right on the computer. Awesome. I do not like that it sometime freezes. I could be filling out a form and sometimes it'll freeze and automatically refresh and everything I put in is gone so I'd have to start over. It doesn't happen often but has happened to me before.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Place timestamps in brackets — [00:30]. The timestamp should be placed after the speaker's name and before the transcribed language is shown. If there is only one speaker, the timestamps should be inserted every 30 seconds within the transcript.
Time stamping refers to inserting the time in minutes and seconds into a transcript at regular intervals. It provides a marker of where in the audio or video the text is found. Some transcripts are stamped every five minutes, while others are stamped every three seconds!
As an example, Transcriptionist's standard format for timestamps is [HH:MM:SS] that is the accurate hours, minutes, down to seconds placed in different ways within the transcript. Different ways to use timestamps: Start/End Some recordings do not start with dialogues right away.
A timestamp is a sequence of characters or encoded information identifying when a certain event occurred, usually giving date and time of day, sometimes accurate to a small fraction of a second. Common examples of this type of timestamp are a postmark on a letter or the “in” and “out” times on a time card.
Time code is a reference number given to a specific point in time within a media file. Time coded transcripts are written with time codes in the left margin of the document, thus allowing the end user to locate the desired audio or video within the source media instantly.
The average person can transcribe one audio hour in about 4 hours. It takes most people about one hour to transcribe 15 minutes of a clear, slow audio file.
How much time does it take to transcribe an hour of audio? The short answer: The industry standard is four hours of transcription time for one hour of clear audio, or a 4:1 ratio that is, one hour of transcription time for a 15-minute-long recording.
Inaudible timestamps in English transcription are used when you cannot make out what the speaker is saying in the audio recording. Type the word inaudible and include the time stamps as shown below. Inaudible Transcription Example We went to the zoo and met [inaudible 00:07:00] there.
