I like that the system is user friendly. It makes the paperwork process for our clients easier which helps us win and retain a lot of business.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes the system will not allow me to download the forms I've edited. Sometimes there are glitches in the system that prevent us from logging in and saving documents. Sometimes system can be a bit slow, I notice it more in the afternoon where people may use the system more.

What do you like best?
PDFfiller is really easy and its a one stop shop for all my needs especially when I am on the go. Obtaining a signature of another person and getting it automatically sent to the signature box makes everything so much easier. I love the editing feature where you can pretty much add text on the document wherever which is very helpful for my workflow.
What do you dislike?
The price is not the greatest and I would wish it could be a bit cheaper. I also think that the mobile feature could be easier to use and interface could be improved.

I use all the features of PDFfiller it has. It probably has some that I haven't even realized that I have not used. The ease of using this program has done wonders for me and saves me time when I am in a rush.

Great way to electronically complete forms! I hate printing and re-uploading forms. This is a great way to eliminate that. Also good for converting static files to dynamic documents! It can be finicky and annoying to use if the computer doesn't have the right software.

Good product for the money this product is well priced which is great for a startup business. The accessibility of acord forms is a big plus. I do wish it had a few more features that would make it even better - like the ability to attach an email without having to save in pdf and upload - and having a task option for future projects would be so great. Ability to create and save documents required by insurance industry is a plus. I like being able to access the program from anywhere and being able to upload documents for client files. Does not have ability to do sub folders and wish there were a section for each client for notes for tracking of conversations. Also wish there were a calendar where you could add tasks with reminders.

What do you like best? I love that I can fax items as well as the W-2/1099 features that are integrated into the IRS system! It makes my roles as a small business owner much easier with these tools. What do you dislike? I wish more features, such as sending documents for signatures, were added. Even just 1-2 documents a month would be helpful for my small business. A fax number included would also be helpful. I have been able to get a fax number for virtual faxing for much cheaper elsewhere. It would be nice to have an all in one for less than $25 a month or so. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great way to keep costs low while still running with the bigger companies and their larger budgets.
