A bit difficult to navigate…
A bit difficult to navigate through/enter updates unless you use this on a regular basis. Once the memory kicks in, it's a GREAT tool for making easy changes/adding necessary information.

How do you edit Bookmarks in Apple Preview?
Preview'Bookmarks' menu/Edit Bookmarks double click on the 'Bookmark Name' & make the change. Hit return - done. Tap the small red dot in the upper left corner to close.
How do you edit bookmarks in PDF preview?
Right-click the bookmark and then choose Properties. In the Bookmark Properties dialog, click Actions. Choose Go To A Page In This Document and then click Edit.

To remove bookmark using Preview, you must: Open the PDF file using Preview, and open "Bookmarks" from the "View" section of the toolbar. The bookmarks will appear in the sidebar. Right-click (or control and click) the bookmark and Delete it using the shortcut.
