How to Adjust the Size of a PDF

How to Adjust Margins in a PDF Document

Adjust PDF easily using the following instructions: Look through your PDF pages and identify mistakes for editing.

Add text or fillable fields to the document.

Choose a text tool in the toolkit panel. Place text boxes on the page and insert the necessary information. Customize text, change the font, color, size and style.

Use the “Add Fillable Fields” option to add necessary fields to your page.

To change the orientation of turned over pages use the Rearrange Pages tool.

Save changes in PDF or print them. To print a copy, go to your “Dashboard” and choose the “Print” option.

You will be redirected to a new page that contains various printing options. To print your information on a blank copy, turn on “Print Content Only”. The system will fit your information to the page size no matter what PDF dimensions your document has. Additionally, the size of the paper can be specified. Doing this, you will avoid extra margins or oversizing. The page scale option helps to avoid printing margins as well. Fit the template to a page, leave the actual size or add the scale manually.

To adjust a PDF online, upload a file to your account or choose an existing form.

Choose the 'Text' button in the 'Edit' tab and start typing. Place text by clicking and dragging the box.

Click the 'Signature' or 'Picture' button to sign your document or insert an image. You can also add sticky notes, comments or text boxes to any file.

To adjust a PDF, click the corresponding icon on the toolbar to highlight, redact or erase any content or image.
