I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. The negative aspect that I noticed on PDFfiller is that it is not always easy to find advanced editing options, especially for beginner users. This can lead to some frustration at the beginning, but once you get familiar with the interface, it becomes much easier to use.
