I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. It has a lot of features to available learn and the support is awesome! It's a little time consuming to learn on my own though but again if I can't find what I'm looking for on the videos or the help I email customer service and they respond within an hour or two and I'm back rolling.

Needed a pdf file filled in online
Needed a pdf file filled in online, that in and of itself was not the issue. The issue was not being able to recreate the form in that most environments you would need to build the form from scratch. PDFfiller allowed me to upload the form and use their platform to publish it to the public. May I add how quick and easy it was. Saved a ton of time which I don't have.

By far the most functional PDF editor i have used... Not that i have used that many, but this one was a breath of fresh air considering the other broken standalone PDF editing apps

Ryan was extremely patient and persistent to solve the issue
Ryan was beyond patient with me to solve my issue. I really felt like he was determined to have me understand the instructions he was giving me towards the solution. He used a few of approaches. One of which was sending me a visual with arrows.....That worked!!!! His patience and persistence is refreshing and truly appreciated.

Combining two files was relatively easy once I read the How to Guide three times to figure it out. But editing text in the file resulted in a change in the font that was not particularly satisfying and could not be corrected.
