I use a Chromebook. I joined a Chromebook forum And PDFfiller came highly recommended when I needed to send a fax, fast. Nothing Particular other than finding out the particular IRS forms I expected to print from the IRS wasn't acceptable to download and print, and I had to purchase them when you advertise free IRS forms.

How do I combine multiple PDFs into one PDF?
Open a PDF in Preview.
Choose View > Thumbnails to show page thumbnails in the sidebar.
To indicate where to insert the other document, select a page thumbnail.
Choose Edit > Insert > Page from File.*
From the file dialog, select the PDF that you want to add, then click Open.
