I fell like it takes a lot of clicks to get things done. Some pages are also slow to load.

Great experience!
I was able to get the rental applications done for my house rental.
Super easy to use. Clear instructions, I found enjoyable to use this software. I'm not that good with computers but I was able to use it without much difficulties.
I can't think of anything that I didn't like. I had to take a little more time to find out how to get confirmation of my forms I sent, other than that it was fast and easy.

It was a little slow at the beginning…
It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. Well, I tell you the truth. I am not an easier learning with software and subscriptions. I have a few such as fileinvite taxdome... but this PDFfiller with the customer service I have received from Dee just not, along with the two other I spoke with has been outstanding. Dee took the time I needed and is very well knowledgeable about how to navigate this system. I am super glad i was helped by Dee... Even though I am a slow learner, and I might need to chat in the future, I appreciate the time and walk through I was provided, I have not hard this customer service before.
