Support person was very professional and had a great deal of patience. Recommend some kind of tutorial or steps for getting started before filling a form. For example to edit steps 7, 8, 9. To save steps 3,4,5, etc.
It would be great if a hot line number was available in some cases. Thanks again for all of your assistance. I look forward to using your service again in the future and would recommend your product highly.

I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It was straight to the point. Thank you ****** for being quick and professional.

Easy addition
This product has been very helpful for my needs.
I like the ease of searching for a form, in my case an insurance form, and then filling in. The program makes it easy to edit boxes and save forms.
The software is a little slow... there is a significant lag time opening each document, as well as saving and printing.

It's kind of quirky, because I[m not familiar with pdfFiller and it just pops up all of a sudden out of nowhere, so I don't know where to begin.
