This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. Excellent product but my learning curve is quite steep. I am not familiar with a lot of things younger users are familiar with. Leads to a lot of fumbling around, but the on-line service chats were very helpful.

It is great it previews the bottom of the page. But, when I print it out it doesn't print out what it had showed at the bottom of my page in the preview before I printed it out.

I took away one star because this is not an intuitive program at all. I have spent hours trying to figure out very simple tasks but once I figured it out it everything went very smothly.

Need a dark background theme and to improve the highlighter color so that the text remains "clear" after highlighting! "Everything thing else is very good!"
