I don't pay for PDFfiller so I can only say speak to the ease of use on features that I think are available.
I am not sure if creating a document that is editable in word is possible in every version. If so I can not figure it out. That is my only feedback. Otherwise using this website is a breeze.

I experienced quite a steep learning curve. Meaning, the directions I would have found easier to follow would be in steps...step 1, then step two, etc. In other words, the program was really user friendly to first time user.
Also, I thought I signed on for a5.95 one month contract that I could cancel at any time. Why am I being charge19.95 Please answer this question. Thank you

Need to fill out forms electronically, avoiding hand written forms that ulitmately creates errors and makes your efforts for not. Love this company helped in a pinch and was such a useful easy tool to use, I recommend it.

Its OK
Easy to use on desktop, but on the mobile it was OK like C+ overall, but good idea
It does what it should, but its a simple to use. If I had more time to use it, maybe give 120 day trial? I loved the signature and email process of the paperwork. Thats was easy.
I wish we can do more in the free trial. So I can dig in more. Make the mobile experience more easier

One of the best PDF filler's on the market. Various ways to collect your initials and signatures, easy to use and well worth it... Think a bit pricey, but for what it offers it is highly recommended.
SUGGESTION: Add a once off option - I only use it occasionally.

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. Very simple 'click-on-what-u-wanna-do' layout, very understandable even for complete beginners. Waaaaaaaay better than Adobe. Almost feels like PDFFiller actually invented .pdf!

Can you tape your passport photo to your application?
Place your application in a large, sturdy envelope. Do not allow the application to bend. Slip the second passport photograph in the envelope. Do not attach the second photo to the application.
Can I tape my passport photo?
The instructions for DS-82 (Renewal of US passport for eligible individuals) clearly state in the instructions: USE CAUTION WHEN STAPLING YOUR PHOTO: Use 4 staples vertically in the corners as close to the outer edge as possible. Do not bend photo. There is no statement about what type of staple is acceptable.
Do I have to staple my picture to my passport application?
We recommend you use a professional passport photo service to ensure your photo meets all the requirements. Specify that they are for a U.S. passport. Do NOT staple the photo to your application: include it in a separate envelope or paperclip it to the application only.
How do I attach my passport photo to my visa application?
Name of the applicant. Visa application/transaction number. Note: Ignore visa application/transaction number if you are applying for a re-entry visa.
How do I know if my passport photo is acceptable?
Have your eyes open, visible and free from reflection or glare from glasses. Have no hair in front of your eyes. Not have your head covered (unless it's for religious or medical reasons) Not have anything cover your face.
Do you glue passport photos to application?
Photos should be stapled or glued to Form DS-82 or DS-11 (application for U.S. passport). If the photograph is stapled, the staples should be placed as far away as possible from the applicant's face.
