The forms are very easy to fill out. I was unable to comments in a few places where I ran out of room for heirs and needed to include a comment to refer to an additional page.

What do you like best? I like the ability to electronically sign documents. What do you dislike? I wish I was able to edit the text in documents without the formatting getting messed up because it only allows for the addition of new text boxes or adding to existing ones which causes the formatting issues. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? It's solving the issue of having to print out and fax documents which can be time consuming. It has really benefited my company to be able to sign and send documents electronically making for a smoother more efficient experience.

Launch QuickBooks and click on the “Customer” tab to open the Customer Information window. Click on the customer you want to edit. Select the “Attachment” icon from the menu bar. You can choose an option to attach from your computer, scanner, the Doc Center or you can drag the file directly into the Attachment window.
Select Sales, then select Customers. Choose the desired customer, then Customer Details. At the bottom left of the page, select Attachments. Browse and select the file you want to attach, then select Open.
Forms or Reports Click the “File” menu and “Print” to use a third-party PDF printer. Then, select your PDF printer from the options. Alternatively, select “File” and “Save as PDF” to use the built-in QuickBooks PDF printer. Click “Print” or “Save.” Then, select a location on your hard drive to save the PDF file.

Include the invoice itself as an attachment, not in the body of the email. Use an invoice email template. Include the invoice number in the subject line. Keep a record of outstanding invoices. Have a template for collections emails.
Click Invoices in the left navigation menu. Click the invoice number. Click More actions. Click Send via Email. Click Attach Document. Select attachments. Click Browse to browse and select documents that are on your computer, then click Upload. Click Send.
