Kara provided great tech assistance and…
Kara provided great tech assistance and she was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The 4 stars is for Kara. The company on the other hand... not so helpful. They are great at marketing their product but provide very limited and nearly useless resources for helping their subscribers troubleshoot issues and/or educating the consumer on the tools and functions of the product. The company YouTube channel spends about 30 seconds on "how to" and the remainder of the video is promoting the product. Seriously, every single video, watch for yourself. All fluff and no substance.

I forgot to cancel after free subscription expired.... My account was debited for the year subscription but my rent was die and they refunded my money. I was so scared about how to get the money.... No worries at all thank you

I made the mistake of subscribing to a year subscription with annual price due at sign on. I only wanted to test the site and see if it was right for me. I noticed within a few hours what I had done when I checked my banking account. I got online with their live chat support. I talked to someone named *** and within 5 minutes, *** had fixed my account to only a month subscription, refunded me all my money minus the monthly subscription. My mistake, *** fixed immediately and was so nice and helpful. ***** customer support!

What do you like best?
I love the fact that we can collect uploads AND money through filled PDFS
What do you dislike?
The entire site is very confusing and we have a hard time understanding where our active sheets are located within the site. We see things like "documents" and then we make a new template ... then lose which template is live and which one isn't. I also don't care for the fact that we cannot choose to have ZERO color in the field that the customer sees for filling in and I would love to be able to disable the "lock to grid" feature that is clearly on at all times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend reading through the site, reading through all the tutorials you can and getting very organized about what you are going to do before getting started.

We no longer have to deal with faxing our documents to customers to fill out, sign and fax back. We just tell them to go to our website . They are also so much more likely to complete the entire process including sending us pictures that we require and we no longer lose the pictures or get confused as to where everything is.

Where can I find my decal number?
What's the importance of a decal number for a vehicle? Where do I find it? If you mean the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), you will find it at the bottom of the windshield on the dashboard cover, usually on the left-hand side, on most modern cars.
Where is the Florida vehicle registration decal number?
Decals. A decal identifying the year that the vessel registration is valid will be issued with each registration certificate. The decal must be displayed on the port (left) side of the vessel, immediately before or after the registration number (see image below).

What does a boat registration number look like?
The boat registration number need to be in a plain, block lettering and three inches high. Also, they must be contrasting to the boat. Registration letters and numbers should be separated by hyphens or spaces, for example: MD 1234 AA.
How long does it take to get CAV decals?
All CAV decal applications must be mailed to the address shown on the REG 1000 form. 14. Q: How soon will I receive the CAV decals? A: Applications are processed in the order they are received and usually within 30 business days.
