I have to tell my dr. to use this. Tired of his hand-printed & copied over & over stuff & can fax it immediately since he snail mails everything. Highly recommend to anyone who can use all the features. Added plus is that it's so easy to use. Its good for the most part - the downside is it doesnt open for me on the first try and it asks me to sign in everytime i need to print or save a doc. even though I pay for the service. Annoying that it doesnt recognize me when I use the app.

EXCELLENT Customer Service
I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. The person who helped me was very kind, and responded promptly. I had a full refund within 48 hours! EXCELLENT customer service!

I needed to urgently get some documents compressed and I found this online and went on basic plan . The team support was very helpful . This is a very effective tool for all documentation work

i PURCHASED THE 3 MONTH TRIAL SO I COULD FILL OUT A FORM ONLINE AND SCAN IT TO MY INDENDED RECIPIENT. IT WAS SO EASY TO USE WITH PLENTY OF TIPS AND INSTRUCTIONS. I RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY WANTING TO COMPLETE WORK LIKE THIS FROM HOME.

It's working great so far-- I can't find the original/blank commercial invoice I saved, which is a bummer, but other than that- it's working Wonderfully!

I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed.
I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature.
I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.
