Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. My experience was excellent. As a first time user, the program was full featured and easy to use.
Ability to complete my tasks quickly and easily.
Ease of use. The program was very intuitive for me to use from the start and had all the features I needed to complete a complex form. It is an excellent piece of software.

Really like the program.
As mentioned. I use it to update my catalog prices and images for printing.
That it allows me to erase certain parts of my document and insert others. I couldn't figure out how to add my prices to an already made catalog I use.
That I have to come out of the document to look at the completed changes then go back in if it's incorrect.

Great Customer Service!
I hadn't realized That I was getting billed, and for 9 months, I was paying for a service I only used once. Ryan helped me over the customer support, and helped me find the email I had used (it wasn't my main account), and helped me cancel the subscription for a full refund. He was super nice about it to, so I figured I'd review him.
