I am just learning to use but find it relatively easy to load, fill, save and print. I even figured out how to rotate forms outside the system and make it work. Cool.

I worked fine except when I tried to print from you size and then it would not print full size. I had to download it to get it to print the correct size.

I find it very helpful, but sometimes I can't find the form I have completed and I have to start over when I need to make changes. Or it wont allow me to make changes.

What do you like best?
It works. Easy to use platform. I've subscribed for several years and they continue to make improvements. I tried docusign and this was just as good.
What do you dislike?
I don't like that it won't link up with business accounts on OneDrive so I can't store my files on OneDrive. Really would be nice to have them fix that! Also for some weird reason, the system only can connect with personal accounts. Sometimes, it's not easy to find my documents. Finally, the plug-in for Chrome doesn't always work well. Usually, it's just better to go into the app itself.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Compare the functionality you need to what it offers. I suspect you'll find it's sufficient.

Send out paperwork for signatures and fill out paperwork online instead of printing, signing, and scanning it.

I like the fact that live Customer service is always there to guide you if there's a problem.

The only thing I dislike if when a large corporation wants a form filled out and you use PDF Filler they come back and tell you their shop uses Adobe Acrobat and to please fill out the form once again using Adobe.

I liked being able to create customizable fillable forms for our company. Overall, it is easy to use and responsive. PDF filler is great for a digital signature and saves your previous signature for efficiency.

What is an affiliation affidavit?
The Affidavit of Affiliation is to be used only when the owner of the manufactured home also owns the real estate to which the home is affixed. If the land is owned by someone other than the owner of the manufactured home, a certificate of title must be obtained regardless of whether the home is affixed to the land.
What does affidavit of Fixture mean?
An Affidavit of Fixture is a document that is used to change the status of a manufactured home from personal property to real property. An Affidavit of Fixture form may be obtained from the County Assessors Office or a Title Company.
