This is my first attempt at using your system but so far so good. I'll answer other surveys later after I have had some experience with the system. It takes a little experience to use the system easily. You could use more instructions. Perhaps a start guide on how to perform various manuevers.

The service is great and has come in handy in ways I had not expected. However, you lose 2 stars for my initial experience of first being asked to to pay, by a pop-up, to see a form that was submitted and then after paying being told by another pop-up that I need to upgrade to a more expensive plan. The first pop-up should have presented the correct plan. Felt a little like a bait and switch. But I gave you back one star due to the fact that support was able to fix the problem, quickly.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
In cases where attorneys receive the settlement funds from the insurance company quickly and don't have to pay out much to other agencies or individuals, it can take as little as 1-2 weeks for an injured person to receive their portion of the funds.
It can commonly take up to 30 days to get your check because the claim settlement process can involve many steps. When the case is settled, the insurance adjuster will send you some paperwork, including a release.
How long until you see a check? There is no set time line from the date of the date of the claim until it's paid. The more involved the accident, the longer it may take to sort things out. It could take three or four weeks, or as long as 60 days, if there are no challenges.
Most bodily injury settlement checks take 1 to 3 days to clear. Once it clears, your attorney can write your check-out immediately. The bodily injury settlement check is usually made out to both the attorney's office and the client.
In some states, the law gives 10 to 30 days for insurers to accept the claim receipt and 40 days to decide whether they will accept or deny the claim. There is no exact payout time frame when it comes to homeowners insurance claims since there's no federal law that regulates this.
Once a decision is reached, beneficiaries can expect to receive their money in anywhere from a couple of weeks to 45 days. State laws usually specify the maximum amount of time that can elapse before the life insurance company must send you your check.
If you and the insurance company are able to agree on a fair settlement, the process to receive your check typically takes around four to six weeks. The insurance company will have you sign a release form.
As we mentioned before, most injured victims receive their settlement funds within about six weeks from the end of negotiations. However, additional delays can happen. If your settlement gets delayed extensively, and you're wondering what's going on, you should contact your personal injury lawyer.
