It's a great solution for my business needs. We are constantly filling out PDF or MS WORD based forms, be they applications, requests, official government forms, etc... My subscription allows me to now more quickly and professionally, turn-around those important documents. Those same documents, before the PDF-filler subscription, were always hand signed, if not hand filled out completely, then manually scanned into our systems and sent back to the interested party via email. Its a great tool. I use it and will continue to. The price seems steep but I bought it for a year, so I guess it's in my price range. Still wish it was cheaper. I'll admit I'm a penny puncher though. So I can be a cheap one.

Needed an online PDF editor for contracts, works better than expected!
I can sign and edit PDF files anytime, anywhere.
The availability of it from any device, anywhere. All the platforms are great both the web and local apps.
Sometimes it's laggy because it runs online but I suppose that's the tradeoff of having it available everywhere.

I had difficult printing what i had written on a PDF. Although customer service was EXELLENT I still could not fully implement their detailed instructions.

I urgently needed something to edit pdf and nothing else was working on library pc. I gave it a try, doesn't have all features I needed so I aksed for cancelling subscription which was DONE INSTANTLY! Very good support. Thank you, good luck for your bussines.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Great program
Great program. Let's you edit PDF, sign documents, send documents to clients or other persons to sign electronically. Also gives access (at least my package) to some limited legal forms which is helpful. Would highly recommend.

The formatting on this website isn’t good. The page doesn’t load properly, which doesn’t allow you to find the options to cancel your subscription before charging you. Luckily, in the support chat, Thomas was very helpful and understanding.
