Exceptional Support ...
Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. I subscribed to the PDF filler app on…
I subscribed to the PDF filler app on Google. And without asking me they charged me. Then I contacted them and they didn't want refund my money until I told them that I was going to let everybody know about their app.

Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.

A proper company
PDFfiller apparently thought I wanted a subscription to their service after trying it out once. I did not want that, however, and wrote to them to cancel the payment. They cancelled right away, no questions asked. You know a proper company when that is the procedure.
