My experience has been wonderful. I paid a lot of money for a divorce site that would allow me to use fillable forms. It was frustrating from the beginning. I really like it. I have not read all of the instructions, but have used it on several forms. Would like to know how to print a form, without all of the background being printed. I mean, I upload a form. Fill it in and then try to print to the form that I have. It prints everything, when I just want to print what I filled in. For instance, had a problem with my QuickBooks. Wanted to print a check, quickly. Thought I will just upload a check, fill it in and print in on my check. It wanted to print everything. Of course, the bank will not take that, because if it just isn't quite right, it can look altered. Is there a way to do it? Of course, as you know everyone just wants to start working and not read the instructions. Thank you

I wish there were more typfaces I could use. Also, I couldn't figure out how to italicize titles within the document without it italicizing all around it. I gave up after several attempts. Wish that part were more user friendly.

I needed this program badly, just in the time for distance learning because of the Corona Virus. It was easy to navigate through and use. My only wish is that I would have found this program years earlier! I will update my rating to include the student (recipient) experience of pdfFiller after they return their first homework assignment.

Sometimes slow to upload and save but not too bad most of the time.

Great customer support
I think it is great but I decided I didn’t need it and wanted to cancel my free trial so I contacted the company and Ma was the representative who helped me. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful and my request was granted speedily. The customer support is absolutely wonderful.

User Friendly
So far, it's been great. Seems very user friendly, I had one issue where I couldn't find the Sign Now button (that could be made more visible or made as the default), I emailed Support and they responded very quickly, which I really appreciated.

The NC OTP was a perfect match and was all that we needed to get the buyer and seller on the same page. Although it wasn't used by the attorneys it could have easily been used since it was identical to the one they used.
