This has been very helpful and affordable. Please make sure that my credit card is only charged one time. Initially, the processing would not accept my card and I have entered this card for the same Monthly subscription approx 3x's. It definitely serves it purpose. Its so easy to access the forms. I love that you are able to email from PDFFfiller as well as you are able to save the documents.

The service produces a very handsome document, and facilitates changes when necessary. I had a little trouble navigating back and forth between the document and the print function, but that may be attributable to my lack of familiarity with the product.

I like that I can erase parts and add text of size and font that I like and move it around so it's where I want it. When I erase part it doesn't cause the rest of the document to move around. It stays put. That is essential when I am editing a document with a puzzle at the bottom.

Great customer support
I think it is great but I decided I didn’t need it and wanted to cancel my free trial so I contacted the company and Ma was the representative who helped me. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful and my request was granted speedily. The customer support is absolutely wonderful.

I am still trying to figure out how this program works. I am doing the basic task. I know there are other things I can do I just don't know yet what I don't know. LOL

Easy & fast customer service
I realized that my account was still active-- and I was still being billed-- after leaving my last role. I reached out to the support team on the chat function and they quickly resolved the issue for me-- canceling the transaction right away.

While Pdr Filer is a great tool
While Pdr Filer is a great tool. Customers should be given some type of training before they use the program. There are many features that are not being utilized because I don't how to they work or that they exist.
