What do you like best?
I think it has all the features that other pdf signing software offers and it's well priced! I use it on a regular basis for all my pdf signing needs.

I think user interface can be improved but so far I've gotten used to it so it's not so bad.

Simple tool that increases productivity in office I'm a software engineer and have to deal with many documents everyday. Having a simple tool that has all the features needed for me to edit and handle all my documents makes my life easier. At the same time it saves me time to look up new tools and ways everyday. The UI is simple and intuitive, and it's easy to attach files, download and share it as needed. Overall it makes me more productive in office. My favourite feature is the electronic/digital signature feature. As a person in the IT department, I have to work with numerous documents and sign many of them. And this tool made that really easy for me. Also, the signature looks blended out and not out of place. Other than that the merging tool and conversion tool are also very helpful. Depending on my needs, sometimes I can convert a ppt into a pdf for easy access or for sending it to anyone. I also get to attach different pdfs together in whatever order needed. I don't have any major concerns. The only small problem I've had is regarding character recognition from scanned pdfs. Sometimes it is not entirely accurate. Though it is manageable for me.

What do you like best? The customer service was the best I have experienced . Very fast solutions to my questions and overall very nice system support along with billing support What do you dislike? The most amount of pages you used to be able to merge was five but they have since changed this so I have no dislikes with the product What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I used it to fill out contracts and pay applications along with notarized documents with my commercial construction company

We seem to have fallen into the habit of using the term “table” when we mean to postpone. Technically, tabling and postponing to a definite time are different actions. When a pending matter is tabled correctly, it is set aside with no provision for bringing it back at any specific time.
The agenda should include the meeting's goal, a list of topics to be discussed with their purposes, time allocations, and assigned facilitators. This structure provides a clear roadmap for the meeting, ensuring that all important points are covered. Share the agenda with all participants well in advance of the meeting.
An agenda starts with a list of general business items. Specific topics that are to be discussed at the meeting are placed under the proper agenda item in an outline format. The agenda (along with any supporting documents) is then printed and distributed to members at least one day before the meeting.
Send out the agenda at least 48 hours before the meeting takes place so that participants will have time to review it and prepare their own updates.
Who prepares the first draft? Usually the company secretary, the CEO or the board secretary. This then needs to be approved or amended by the chair. The agenda and the board papers need to be sent to all directors at least 5 days plus a weekend, prior to the board meeting.
