So far it's been pretty good although I haven't figured everything out yet as far as the features but I'm working on it. I like it so far though for what I needed it for. The product is excellent, but very expensive for an occasional user. I paid a lot of money just to download two documents. Surely it would not be difficult to categorise number of forms required, and a calculated price accordingly? I will probably not require another form for 12 months or more. Unfortunately, it leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

So far so good... i've used several different programs and am a quick learner.... can't say that for a lot of people who are not used to new programs.... this is VERY user friendly and I will definitely recommend it!

Customer support was very quick to reply to my issue. I had been charged for my pdf and wanted to cancel as would not use the service enough to justify $96.00. In reply I was told it would be cancelled and the automatic renewal deleted. My only regret is that my money would not be refunded.***** to the charge I had tried (unsuccessfully) to find out how to cancel it. Im either stupid or the instructions werent on line.to easily find.

This service ability to work with the IRS is it's most valuable quality for me. I want to fill out documents quickly and file quickly. I believe this service with allow me to do that.

Excellent company. Not only does the PDF Filler work great, but when I asked for the annual fee to be refunded after I neglected to cancel my subscription, it was done so immediately and graciously.

Great Product
Great Product. For years I've sought out a decent option for filling forms and signing them, as an enduser, not a provider of the document. This was very easy to do. I needed my husband's signature on it and the fact that I was able to send him a notification and had him sign from his phone REALLY made my day. AWESOME!!!

What do you like best?
I like that all certificates on Insurance are in the same place, easy to find and I like the ability to duplicate certs

Can't find new documents very easily on the program

It a one stop for get our certificates out to our insured, I like that we can now email and fax from the site
