Also you need to add the ability to erase to the lowest membership level. You can do a couple of things such as restrict the number of new forms per month, offer a 1-5 form only fee, or only a 1 month membership fee. In the past 3 years I've used this service only twice now as I am not a business.

It's super easy to upload PDFs and edit them however you need to, including adding an authorized signature. I'm very pleased with this service.

Excellent PDF Software
Overall, this is an excellent software for businesses for the many things you can do with the program.
I like that you can use forms previously created by other users of the software, or create your own forms as well. The software is user friendly, and provides all the functions we need in our business.
Unfortunately, that you have to pay to use the software. I understand that everything comes with a price, there are developers, etc. Considering the functions it provides, it is worth paying.

One of the best PDF filler's on the market. Various ways to collect your initials and signatures, easy to use and well worth it... Think a bit pricey, but for what it offers it is highly recommended.
SUGGESTION: Add a once off option - I only use it occasionally.

Customer support was very quick to reply to my issue. I had been charged for my pdf and wanted to cancel as would not use the service enough to justify $96.00. In reply I was told it would be cancelled and the automatic renewal deleted. My only regret is that my money would not be refunded.***** to the charge I had tried (unsuccessfully) to find out how to cancel it. Im either stupid or the instructions werent on line.to easily find.

I used PDFfiller to sign severance paperwork. I took the free trial and then THOUGHT I canceled it right away. When the charge came through, I was ready for a fight...but that didn't happen. Kirsten at PDFfiller's live chat was lovely and helpful. She even apologized for the mistake I most likely made. Then she asked if I was sure I wanted to cancel (a trained question). When I said that I didn't need the service, she didn't push and she processed the cancellation and refund right away. If/when I DO need a pdf filling service again, I will use them!

How do I change company details?
Click on F1: CMP Info button available in the Button Area or press Alt + F1 Keys. 2. Choose a company From the List of Companies, which information you want to alter. Now you can see the Company Alteration screen there you can change any information that you require changing.
How do I change details on Companies House?
directors and company secretaries, for example new appointments, resignations or changes to their personal details. Changing your company name. Changing your registered office address. Changing your accounting reference date.
How do I change my ASIC details?
Step 1 — Sign up and log in to ASIC Connect. Step 2 — Select your business name in the 'Judgements and notifications' tab. Step 3 — Select 'Change business address' from the transactions list and press 'Go'
How do you change company directors?
To appoint the new director you need to file a form called an AP01 (or AP02 if you are appointing a corporate entity as a director). This form can be posted to Companies House in paper form, or you can file it online.

You can change a company name any time after incorporation. This can be done either by having the members (be they shareholders or guarantors) pass a special resolution or (if the company's Articles permit it) by the Directors resolving to do so.

Can I delete a company from QuickBooks?
If you want to remove a company file altogether, you can use QuickBooks to delete the file permanently. From the File menu, choose Open or Restore Company. Navigate to the file you want to delete and select Open. Right-click on the file and choose to delete.
