How to change the date of a voucher in Tally ERP 9. To change this date, press F2 from your keyboard or click on Date button provided at the right-hand top of the screen. On clicking this the date button, a voucher date option will pop up showing the next date, if you want to use this date, press enter.
If Date is Incorrect. Change date by Pressing F2. Current Period Selected is incorrect. Go to Home Page(Gateway of Tally) by Pressing Esc. Change Period by pressing Alt F2. Date while making Company was Incorrect. Company Info--→Alter--→Select Company. Check both dates.
Enter the Revised Applicability date in the Applicable from field, and save. Click L : Tax Rate History. Enter the Applicable Date for the new rate in another row > enable Set/Alter Tax Details. Enter the new Integrated Tax rate, and save.
To change this date, press F2 from your keyboard or click on Date button provided at the right-hand top of the screen. On clicking this the date button, a voucher date option will pop up showing the next date, if you want to use this date, press enter. Or if you want to make entry on another date, suppose 1-06-2016.
To alter vouchers: Go to Display > Day book > select the voucher that has to be altered >Make the changes >Save the altered voucher. Go to Display > Account Books > Ledger > select the required Ledger > select transactions from Ledger Voucher list > drill down and alter the voucher > save the changes.
In the Gateway of Tally, click on F2: Period or press Alt+F2 key. In the Change Menu Period screen, enter the New Financial Year. In the Gateway of Tally, Previous Financial Year 1-4-2011 to 31-3-2012 will be. Displayed as Current Period as shown: To change the Current Period in the Gateway of Tally:
