Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. I had a chance to do the shoppers review survey and because of this gave them three stars. Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). It is easy to fill out proposals with your template. I wish there was a way to make it easier to access it because I will be using that document many times and so far I have had to search for it.

So far my overall experience has been pretty great. The only thing I would recommend would be having more of a collection of pdf's to compare on certain subjects. Other than that, I am one happy customer!

I use this software daily to mainly merge other documents into one PDF. It's very user friendly.

Merge feature and being able to delete pages that I don't need. I like that I can save my agency's details on the different forms I use; rather than retyping each time.
It has locked up a couple of times but once I get out and go back in it's fine. It hasn't happened in the last year so they may have done some updates to the software.

I am not 100% satsfied reason being the whole document is not turning into Word, I want turn the whole document in word edit, retype as a word document and have it resaved

I struggled a bit lining up fields with each other, but I guess there is an easier way of doing that than I am doing. For a first timer, I was happy with the experience.

I used the *** filler and editing program for about a year. It was great and easy to use on a daily basis! Unfortunately, I no longer need to use this program since I have changed jobs. I was not able to access my account in order to cancel my subscription. But, the customer support team was very responsive and helpful. They helped me cancel my subscription on the same day that I submitted the request. Excellent service! Thank you!
