I enjoy the ease of completing the forms, printing and saving the documents. I expected to be billed at the 65% off rate for one time use, annually, but somehow was charged the $72.00 annual renewable rate. pdfFiller is an incredible alternative to the usual expectation of printing out pdf documents, signing them by hand, and scanning them back into the computer for an email. It allows me to be able to quickly fill out word docs or pdf docs without the extra stress of typing between the lines and the remote signature option is the best part. It's a great option and I really appreciate being able to use it.

What do I need to change my license to Minnesota?
You will need to: Complete a Minnesota driver's license application and provide your social security number. Present one primary and one secondary form of identification (see back). Present your driver's license from your previous state, this will be invalidated and returned to you if the road test is waived.
What do you need to change license state?
Current out-of-state driver's license. Another form of identification. Proof of your Social Security number. Proof of your new residence with your new address. Pass a vision test. Payment for a new driver's license.
What do I need to get the new Minnesota driver's license?
One document proving identity, date of birth and legal presence in the United States (A passport or birth certificate will work.) Proof of Social Security number, like a Social Security card or W-2 form. Two documents proving Minnesota residency, like a valid driver's license or credit card statement.
How long does it take to get a new driver's license in Minnesota?
The transaction will be processed within three business days. Once the DL or ID application is processed, you will receive it in the mail, usually within 10 business days.
What do I need to change my license name?
To change your name on your driver's license or state ID card, you must visit a branch office and present: Your valid driver's license or state ID card. Proof of the name change. You'll need to bring in a certified name-change document, such as your marriage license or court order.

Change Driving License Name and Address. DLA must be informed immediately of any changes to name or address, or both. Changes can be made to your driving license online or by post. The service is free unless you want to update the photograph on the license.

A name change for a driver's license or photo ID must be completed in person at a Driver License Center. If you desire to use your birth name, you must present your state issued birth certificate with a raised seal.
