It is somewhat confusing at first, but after learning the program it is very helpful and convenient to use! I enjoy all of the different options regarding the tools to fill out a PDF, for me it was a rental application for an apartment that i needed to fill out. The one thing I did not like is that after i had filled out my entire application via the pdffiller app, i could not e-mail the pdf until i paid for a plan. Somewhat disappointing, but regarding the program it is a good one.

I enjoy the ease of completing the forms, printing and saving the documents. I expected to be billed at the 65% off rate for one time use, annually, but somehow was charged the $72.00 annual renewable rate. I will now have the inconvenience of having to cancel the subscription, since this is the last time I need to perform this function.

I've been looking for an easy way to fill out these forms other then using a typwriter. The only issue was I couldn't find this years forms very easy. I had to contact customer support. ???

I use this software daily to mainly merge other documents into one PDF. It's very user friendly.
time management and expedition of documents requiring signatures!
Merge feature and being able to delete pages that I don't need. I like that I can save my agency's details on the different forms I use; rather than retyping each time.
It has locked up a couple of times but once I get out and go back in it's fine. It hasn't happened in the last year so they may have done some updates to the software.

Error in my ways!
I was unaware that I had used the service in the past which voided out my free trail. I then subscribed again and was instantly billed for a full year. When I realized my mistake, I reached out via instant message to the support staff. The service was stellar at best. They assisted me promptly and corrected my dispute which was impressive to say the least and speaks to the integrity of this service.

Can my employer change my contract and reduce my pay?
If your employer asks you to work fewer hours or take a pay cut, this is a change to your contract of employment. Any change to your contract of employment must be agreed by both you and your employer. If you don't accept a reduction in your working hours or pay, your employer may decide to make you redundant.
Can my employer change my rate of pay?
Where this is not the case, your employer cannot reduce it without your agreement, as this would change the terms of your contract of employment. Again, you may agree to reduced wages, if, for example, the alternative may be reduced hours or redundancy in the current economic situation.
Can an employer change your pay from salary to hourly without notice?
At-will employment doesn't just cover firing, however: An employer can also change the status of an at-will employee -- including, for example, the employee's hours, salary, title, job duties, worksite, and so on -- without notice and without cause.
Is it illegal to change pay rate?
Most of the time it is legal to reduce an employee's pay, but there are some instances in which it isn't. Surprise A surprise pay cut is illegal. Employers are obligated to pay employees the agreed-upon rate. If employers wish to change that rate, they can do so but first employees must agree to it.
Can we reduce basic salary of an employee?
You cannot reduce the basic salary of any employee. Please understand that all the statutory deductions like PF, gratuity, superannuation are based on it. The quantum of deduction cannot come down from a given level.
Does your pay stay the same if you transfer?
Sometimes, pay may be lower depending on the store you transfer to. You loose all your hours you have recently made at the other store location. Yes you will always make the same pay because you're under a certain contract.
Can companies cut salary when I move to a new location?
Yes. You can look for a new job at a higher salary, take it and leave. You then have the opportunity to reject that decrease by quitting your job.
What qualifies as a hardship transfer?
A hardship transfer is a request by an employee to move and work in another employer location because of personal circumstances. The employee does not lose her job but gets a same or similar position in the new area.
