I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. Nice service, but entering in text into some of the fields can result in wonky formatting if more text than can be displayed is entered. And it's not easy to re-visit the fields and edit/shorten the text.

How do you label Bates documents?
Open the PDF file containing bate numbers. Choose Tools > Edit PDF. In the secondary toolbar, choose More > Bates Numbering > Remove.
Is Bates numbering required?
Bates patented his device for applying consecutive numerical stamps to documents in 1892. In the old days, Bates-stamping documents required a person to literally stamp each page of the set of documents to be produced. Clearly, Bates-labels were useful, even essential.
