Love the ease of use. I would highly recommednd this product to any business person. Initially, I was hesistant because learning new software is always my dread. However, once I signed on it was so easy. Makes daily document updates and creations easy. I can always find an Accord form I needed with this as well. And edit of pdfs are no longer an avoidance. Sometimes there is a delay from screen to screen. But nothing to really complain about.

The software is easy to navigate and user friendly. Not paying the Adobe prices. The software is very intuitive which is reduces time determining and understanding feature sets about the tool. Some features require a different level of membership which cost more and should be included with the basic package.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
To amend the Articles of Organization of a limited liability company (LLC), you must file an Amendment to the Articles of Organization (Form LLC-2) with the California Secretary of State. Operating Agreements are to be maintained by the LLC and are not filed with the California Secretary of State.
Changing members of an LLC is another event that requires amending your company's formation documents. To add or remove an LLC member, you must amend your Operating Agreement. Although you can amend your Operating Agreement internally, you will also need to alert the appropriate government agencies.
To change an LLC name, you must amend those articles. Each state has its own amendment form. You can contact your state's business filing agency or search change name of LLC on their website to find out which form you need to use in your state.
How long does it take the state to process a California Limited Liability Company amendment? Normal processing for amending articles takes the SOS at least eight weeks. Current processing times are available on the SOS website (see link below).
You can officially change the business purpose of the company by amending the written LLC operating agreement, describing the new business purpose and anticipated scope of activity.
Changing your business structure may seem daunting, but it is possible. Your business structure is the cornerstone of your company. It is likely one of the first things you decided on when you created your business and, since then, has guided many of your business decisions.
Change the business purpose. When you incorporated your company, you filed articles of incorporation, sometimes called a certificate of incorporation, with the local Secretary of State. Amend the bylaws. The company's bylaws must also reflect the new nature of the business.
