PDF is helpful software for the Certificates of Insurance and Acord forms need for my business clients. In my experience this software helps me to be able to expedite request from my clients in a timely manner.

What can delay settlement?
Delayed settlements occur when the buyer or seller is not able to meet settlement date. Not only is a delayed settlement stressful, it can also cause you to incur expensive penalty interest if you are responsible for the delay.
How long can you delay settlement?
If the buyer fails to settle on the settlement date or during the next three business days, the vendor can issue a Notice of Completion. This gives the buyer a deadline of a minimum of 14 days to complete settlement.
Can a seller delay settlement?
When the vendor delays the settlement, the buyer can usually give them at least 10 days to work on their issues. If they fail to settle within the time period provided, the buyer will have the right to claim all the money paid as well as interest at the rate indicated in the contract.
