What do you like best?
The customer support is phenomenal. They always answer quickly and fix whatever issue i have. The actual software does it's supposed to and increases my productivity x10. There are features included to import government forms easily or you can upload your own. The templates are easy to create and to make new documents using.
What do you dislike?
The amount of options can be overwhelming. It seems like the product can do so much and would take a long time to fully understand or use. The speed of the application is actually pretty fast but its not a literal immediate load time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn to import your forms directly from their bank of existing forms. Be careful when editing fields so that you don't overwrite existing functionality. If you need help don't hesitate to do a live chat and screen share. Their chat agents will fix any issue you have. I've had them help me multiple times.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use it to fill out government tax forms, specifically form 1098c for our nonprofit organization. The primary benefit is a secure place to share and store all our documents that we can search and edit when we need. This software saves us an immense amount of time. It provides a method to update and edit documents in minutes with recurring pages that would otherwise take 4x times longer fill out and complete. We generally only use this form an IRS form specifically but i can see the use case for many types of companies and situations.

Once an email is sent you cannot edit the scent email, but you can make a copy of the email and resend it with the changes. You have to copy your email campaign into a draft format so that you can make your changes and resend the email.
Log into Gmail, and click the Gear icon () on the upper-right and select Settings. Under the General tab, scroll down to Undo Send. Click the drop-down menu and select whether you want the “Undo Send” option to appear for 5, 10, 20, or 30 seconds after you hit send. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.
Can I edit an email after it is sent. No, once it's sent, it cannot be edited. However, you can copy it and then make changes to the new version.
Compose a message and then click the Send button. At the top of the screen, you'll see a message that says: “Your message has been sent. Undo. If not, you can simply close the message, and it's relegated to your Drafts folder where you can keep it or delete it.
Whenever you will send the mail you will have choice to undo or edit or delete it. There are few settings that you need to follow in your Gmail account and then after you can undo, delete or edit email even after you hit the send button. 1) Login your Gmail account and click on gear icon shown on right top corner.
Gmail's unsend feature allows an email to be “unsent” for up to 30 seconds after you hit the send button. A way to edit an email sent from a mail program on your computer would be if you had sent a webpage (works on Safari and IE) and on that webpage was an image.
